Seems So Slow
Great video - the song is called 'The Ballad of Barry Allen' and comes from the band Jim's Big Ego - the lead singer's name is Jim Infantino, I'll let the readers guess where the inside joke in that is...

Hey guys, Thanks for posting this video, what three weeks ago or something. I have been more or less unable to get the song out of my head since. Even my youngest loves it - she calls it the "superhero movie". Anyway, I just received two CDs from JBE's website - the rest of his music is brilliant, too!
